I've spent twenty-seven years making technology easier to run. Most of that work has been in infrastructure, modern workplace and endpoint engineering: improving Windows and Mac environments, strengthening security, and automating the repetitive jobs that take up too much time.

My most recent enterprise work covered a multi-country regulated estate, working across Windows, macOS, Intune, Jamf, Autopilot, identity, DLP and security tooling. I enjoy taking a fragmented platform, establishing a clear standard, and making it reliable and easier to support.

I'm now building Patched, a macOS app updater focused on keeping applications up to date with less manual effort. It draws on my experience managing software and updates, with a deliberately focused purpose.

I also built the Arts Hub operating platform, which is in daily use. My development time is focused on my own products, and I'm not taking on software development for other organisations.

Alongside that, I run a small VPS and experiment with self-hosted tools, automation and local language models.
